My name is Xul. I'm highly execution-driven. Over the years, I've cultivated an international perspective actively living across Europe, Australia, and Asia.

I didn't start in boardrooms. I built grit and adaptability working directly on the frontlines as a bartender, waiter, sailor, and farmhand. But before aggressively transitioning into the business space, I operated as a Head Coach in high-stakes competitive environments (Esports). While many perceive it simply as "playing games", navigating elite competition as a coach forced me to develop a razor-sharp sense of team building, tactical management, high-level organization, and pure strategy.

I apply that exact same strategic rigor to everything I touch today. Outside my agency work, I fiercely study competitive chess and finance — constantly honing my analytical thinking, constantly learning, and transitioning into full-time scalable business ownership.

I am incredibly open to working around the globe on different projects. My ultimate goal is simply to collaborate with and learn alongside like-minded entrepreneurs, builders, and people fundamentally obsessed with growth.
